Coldcare Global is the new chapter in a commercial refrigeration journey that began in 2004—combining proven industry knowledge with greener technology, dependable parts support and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Founder Chia Hevedi established Coldco Group in 2004 and led the business until 2021. Across those seventeen years, he supplied products and services to independent retailers, refrigeration contractors, end users, national organisations and corporate customers throughout the United Kingdom.
That work covered convenience stores, supermarkets, food retail, hospitality, cold storage and multi-site operations. It created practical knowledge of remote and plug-in cabinets, cold rooms, condensing units, controls, spare parts, installation requirements and the pressures faced by operators keeping temperature-critical businesses running.
Training and supporting refrigeration engineers has always been an important part of Chia’s work. Many people he helped develop have since built successful businesses of their own—a professional legacy that Coldcare Global is proud to continue through clear technical guidance and collaborative trade support.

Coldcare Global is developing a focused supply offer across remote and plug-in refrigeration, multidecks, chillers and freezers, cold rooms, condensing units, HVAC, controls and spare parts. Priorities include energy efficiency, lower-impact refrigerants, better controls and monitoring, serviceability, responsible sourcing and dependable access to replacement parts.
Artificial intelligence can support product selection, technical information, monitoring and faster fault identification, but it must serve people rather than replace sound engineering judgement.
